While serving as VP of Technology and Development at Elyxir Distributing in Monterey, California, Mullaly was asked to join several industry technology committees. Over time he saw the lack of industry expertise across the three-tier system and decided to form Mullaly, LLC in 2015 to fill this need.
His passion for working with others and solving problems in a hands-on, practical methodology has led to several successful projects and initiatives. Due to the inherent turnover of the CPG industry, there is always a need for experienced leaders.
